OMG! I am sore as hell…Day 3
I did Shoulders and Arms today and though I finished up to two exercises into the bonus, the soreness is intense. It is hard for me to lift my arms above my head and my legs feel like jello. I know this will get easier, I just have to keep pressing play.
I did not have trouble with any of the exercises except chair dips, which I have always had a problem with.













Best of luck my friend! I am doing P90X right now (day 37) and the biggest thing is to STICK WITH IT. Clear your mind and don’t let your negative thoughts get in the way of getting into great shape! Keep working and you will see the results every time you look in the mirror (I know I am!).
