Okay, back to it.
Well I have taken a bit of an extended break due to this extreme allergy season. I was having trouble getting motivated to start Power 90 X, but I went ahead and set the date of May 1 to start, that is Saturday. I decided to do a light breakfast of a smoothie, a lunch of a protein shake, and a light dinner the next two nights to ease myself back into the power 90 program. We have 2 weeks worth of food to get rid of, then I will be back on the diet.
I will admit that I am a bit afraid to get started, I mean what if I succeed, then what? I know that sounds ridiculous, but I actually wonder sometimes if that is not my thought process.
Anyway, thought I should post and get in the habit of making a daily post. I will try to keep my measurements and weight loss on here as well to keep a record of my progress. I am starting at 300 lbs (296.5 this morning) and will work down from there. I hope some that find this page will find also some encouragement from my journey.
